The area below the deck was also upgraded. We installed new porcelain tile flooring suitable for exterior use and added a linear drain to manage water and keep the area dry. The completed space is durable, practical, and well suited for outdoor living and entertaining.
This project included building a large waterproof deck designed for year-round use. We also added a roof above the deck to match the existing roof material for a seamless look. The deck was finished with quality tongue-and-groove material and integrated lighting for a clean, finished appearance. Two heaters were installed to keep the space comfortable during cooler weather.
