Initial Consultation

- Walk the site, take measurements, and discuss design ideas
- Provide a preliminary bulk project budget
Concept Design
- Create initial design concepts, layouts, and sketches
- Review options with the client and gather feedback
Detailed Design and Engineering
- Develop full architectural and structural plans
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers as needed
- Finalize materials, finishes, and overall design details
Permitting
- Prepare drawings for permit submittal
- Submit to the city and address any revisions or comments
- Obtain permit approval
Pre-Construction Planning
- Provide a detailed project quote
- Create the final project schedule
Construction
- Weekly site meetings with the Project Manager
- Weekly updated project schedule
- Daily email updates on what was completed and what is planned for the next day
- Final walkthrough after the project is completed.
Post-Construction
- One-month walkthrough after project completion
- Twelve-month walkthrough after project completion
