The living area was refreshed to match the new layout. We renovated the fireplace by replacing the firebox and adding a custom black metal surround with carefully selected tile. New built-in cabinets were added along the fireplace passage, providing extra storage and a finished look. The laundry room was also fully remodeled with new cabinetry and finishes, improving both function and appearance. The result is a bright, comfortable home with well-connected spaces designed for everyday living and entertaining
