The primary bathroom was fully remodeled with heated tile flooring and a new shower with custom-built shower glass. The second bathroom received an updated layout, new tile flooring with a heated floor system, and a floating vanity for a modern look. Two bedrooms were updated with custom-built, wall-to-wall closet systems to improve storage and organization. The completed main floor feels warm, functional, and well connected for everyday living.
This project was a full remodel of the home’s main floor. In the living area, we installed natural oak hardwood flooring to bring warmth and a clean, timeless look to the space. A new fireplace was built with a porcelain, custom-fabricated surround and mantel. Custom-built fireplace cabinets with floating shelves were integrated into the new fireplace tile wall, creating both storage and a finished focal point. New ceiling LED lighting was added to brighten the living area.
